the pot-restore tool:

use this tool if you haven't got a 100 char and your main char has more than level 100. If you are running this programm, it is important to have a guild tag. If you aren't in a guild, put an UFC instead of a guild tag there (you can remove it again after you run the programm) and create your 100 char (with a L100 at the end).

so you make another level 100 character that has the tag (AFC)
